Our First Month:
I like to keep things simple but effective when it comes to onboarding. Your first month with me is all about setting the foundation so we can hit the ground running with a solid strategy.
First up, we’ll finalize the contract, which includes setting up our game plan and determining the date for your first payment (before we start creating content). Once the contract is signed, I’ll collect a $250 onboarding fee. This covers a one hour onboarding meeting, audit of current analytics, in-depth niche research, and anything / everything else that needs to be taken care of before we begin posting.
We’ll start with a one-hour onboarding meeting where I’ll dive into everything about your brand. This is where I’ll get all the crucial stuff: passwords, logins, brand colors, logos, any marketing materials, and of course, your contact info.
During this meeting, we’ll chat about where your brand is right now, where you want to take it, and why that’s important to you. From there, we’ll set a SMART goal for the first three months—something specific, measurable, and tailored to your business. I’ll also give your bio and profile a much-needed upgrade so you’re optimized from day one.
We’ll identify your target audience and break down your brand pillars—basically, what makes you you. I’ll review your current analytics, check out your inspirations, and from there, I’ll be able to develop a clear strategy that aligns with your goals.
Here’s how it works moving forward:
Once we’ve got the onboarding locked down, we settle into a smooth routine.
Once a Month Content Day: Every month, we’ll have a content day where I gather everything needed for the month ahead. We’ll sit down together, dive into the analytics from the previous month, and show you what’s working, and how we are adjusting. By the time content day rolls around, I’ll already have the full strategy prepped, based on everything we’ve discussed so far. We plan this two weeks ahead so we’re fully organized and ready to go. It’s all about staying on top of things, making sure your content performs, and keeping everything aligned with your vision.
Content Approval: After content day, I’ll send over the finalized content a week before posting. You’ll have time to review it, request any edits, and make sure it’s exactly what you want.
Content Calendar: We’ll be using a joint content calendar to keep everything in one place, so you’ll always know what’s going out and when. No surprises—just smooth, organized planning.
